This is not a success decision
Training completion does not mean the capacity hypothesis passed. Gate A had already failed to establish the capacity effect. The next task is the frozen Gate-B evaluation and decision procedure.
The correct current statement is: training complete, evaluation pending.
Until the final Gate-B result is available, we do not claim either that 336M solved the problem or that scale failed.
